The Terrabite tires look great and work great on the trails (sand, gravel, rocks, and dirt) that I drive on.
While the tires are considerably more quiet on asphalt that the stock tires, they are slightly more slippery in their traction on pavement. Nothing major to complain about, just took a bit of getting used to and changing my driving style on pavement.
27x9x14's with 5+2 wheel offset all the way around on a '25 Polaris 900 Trail Ultimate. No rubbing at full turn and shock extension. The offset is only one inch further away from the UTV than the stock 6+1 offset.
The one-inch outside of the "scrub-zone" is felt, but is not a major difference in performance or control. It just takes a few miles of trail-riding to learn minor driving adjustments. Fairly certain I would not want to go with any more of an offset that the 5+2 to avoid steering control and feel issues, not to mention added stress on the vehicle.
The "tip-over" feeling you get with the 50" wide wheel base is slightly improved with these tires, but mostly from the 5+2 wheel offset. Nothing major, but noticeable.
In my opinion, one would not be able to put 28's on this model without further modification beyond what I have done which was nothing more than a larger tire and different offset. No body or suspension modifications were done.
